So, I switched to guitar, 6 and 12 string, became a John Denver fan, and played a little harmonica too. After a year's break from school, I went on to college, went back and forth between CSU and OU, graduated from CSU with a business degree, and 10 years later went to OU college of law. Then moved with my wife and first two children to Jayhawk country, Lawrence, Kansas. There were lawyers everywhere. Passed three state Bar Examinations, but there were lawyers everywhere ... and I was a sooner in Jayhawk country. So after a few years I moved on to my dream State of Colorado. Have been a lawyer since 1988.

Played trombone and baseball. Kept losing the ball on pop flys in the sun and after getting my glasses broken twice I gave up on baseball. However, I loved the Band and Orchestra, and marching. What a wonderful, mostly positive experience that was during high school!!! Hated that Kristi Van Ness kept beating me out of a chair :-( Went to vo-tech in OKC half a day my Junior and Senior years. I loved Modular scheduling, gave me a lot of adult like freedom. Learned Airplane Powerplant Mechanics, Got a draft number, then the war ended and all the Airplane Mechanics in Vietnam came home.
